HFRP加固钢筋混凝土结构的方法在实际工程已经逐渐被应用。本文采用13根梁作为试验基础,分别对黏贴不同纤维材料的钢筋混凝土梁进行了破坏性试验。结果表明:采用混凝土应力一应变全曲线进行推导的公式能够真实的表现混凝土材料的这个破坏过程;加固钢筋混凝土梁的极限承载力随纤维材料加固层数增多而增大,但承载力非线性的增长;加固后钢筋混凝土梁能够减小极限状态的最大裂缝宽度,而且裂缝的均匀性更好。
HFRP加固鋼觔混凝土結構的方法在實際工程已經逐漸被應用。本文採用13根樑作為試驗基礎,分彆對黏貼不同纖維材料的鋼觔混凝土樑進行瞭破壞性試驗。結果錶明:採用混凝土應力一應變全麯線進行推導的公式能夠真實的錶現混凝土材料的這箇破壞過程;加固鋼觔混凝土樑的極限承載力隨纖維材料加固層數增多而增大,但承載力非線性的增長;加固後鋼觔混凝土樑能夠減小極限狀態的最大裂縫寬度,而且裂縫的均勻性更好。
HFRP가고강근혼응토결구적방법재실제공정이경축점피응용。본문채용13근량작위시험기출,분별대점첩불동섬유재료적강근혼응토량진행료파배성시험。결과표명:채용혼응토응력일응변전곡선진행추도적공식능구진실적표현혼응토재료적저개파배과정;가고강근혼응토량적겁한승재력수섬유재료가고층수증다이증대,단승재력비선성적증장;가고후강근혼응토량능구감소겁한상태적최대렬봉관도,이차렬봉적균균성경호。
The approach to reinforce concrete structure with HFRP in practical engineering has been applied gradually. This paper used 13 beams as a test base to respectively paste different fiber materials and to damage them. The results showed that the formula of concrete stress-strain curve could be used to derive the destroyed process, the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam was increasing with layers of fiber increasing, but it was not linear and the reinforced concrete beam strengthened later could reduce into the maximum crack width and the uniformity of crack was better then before.
