痛风属中医痹证范畴，脾肾阳虚是高尿酸血症、肥胖与代谢综合征的内因；湿、浊、瘀内停脏腑营血、痹阻脉络为痛风的基本病机；温阳化湿、泄浊祛瘀为痛风的基本治法。
痛風屬中醫痺證範疇，脾腎暘虛是高尿痠血癥、肥胖與代謝綜閤徵的內因；濕、濁、瘀內停髒腑營血、痺阻脈絡為痛風的基本病機；溫暘化濕、洩濁祛瘀為痛風的基本治法。
통풍속중의비증범주，비신양허시고뇨산혈증、비반여대사종합정적내인；습、탁、어내정장부영혈、비조맥락위통풍적기본병궤；온양화습、설탁거어위통풍적기본치법。
Gout belongs to Arthralgia Syndrome in TCM.Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is the internal cause of hyperuricemia,obesity and metabolic syndrome; wet, turbidity,blood stasis in the viscera,blood and collaterals is the basic pathogenesis of gout;warming Yang and dissipating dampness, purging turbidity and removing blood stasis are the basic treatments of gout.
