目的:探讨神经肌电图检查在神经根型颈椎病和腕管综合征中诊断及鉴别诊断的意义。方法:对临床上诊为神经根型颈椎病和腕管综合征的病例142例进行神经肌电图检查。结果:56例临床诊为神经根型颈椎病病例的肌电图中24例(43%)符合神经根型颈椎病,10例(18%)符合腕管综合征。86例临床诊为腕管综合征的患者,其中,42例(49%)符合腕管综合征,10例(12%)符合神经根型颈椎病。两组共有15例(11%)符合神经根性颈椎病合并腕管综合征。神经根型颈椎病神经原性损害主要在C6,C7水平。腕管综合征主要表现正中神经受损,其神经原性损害主要在C8水平(拇短展肌)。结论:神经肌电图检测对神经根型颈椎病和腕管综合征的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。

목적:탐토신경기전도검사재신경근형경추병화완관종합정중진단급감별진단적의의。방법:대림상상진위신경근형경추병화완관종합정적병례142례진행신경기전도검사。결과:56례림상진위신경근형경추병병례적기전도중24례(43%)부합신경근형경추병,10례(18%)부합완관종합정。86례림상진위완관종합정적환자,기중,42례(49%)부합완관종합정,10례(12%)부합신경근형경추병。량조공유15례(11%)부합신경근성경추병합병완관종합정。신경근형경추병신경원성손해주요재C6,C7수평。완관종합정주요표현정중신경수손,기신경원성손해주요재C8수평(무단전기)。결론:신경기전도검측대신경근형경추병화완관종합정적진단급감별진단유중요개치。
Objective:To investigate the function of electromyography in the diagnosis and differen‐tial diagnosis of peripheral nerve compression(PNC) and carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) .Methods:142 pa‐tients with PNC and CTS received electromyography examination .Results:24 cases(43% ) were diagnosed as patients with PNC out of 56 subjects and 10 cases(18% ) were diagnosed as patients with CTS .Out of 86 subjects ,42 cases(49% ) were diagnosed as patients with CTS and 10 cases(12% ) were diagnosedas with PNC by electromyography .15cases (11% )with CTS and PNC in 2 groups .The main neurogenic damage was found in C6 and C7 .CTS was found mainly as median nerve injury .The main neurogenic damage was at C8(abductor pollicis brevis) .Conclusion:Electromyographic examination is helpful in the diagnosis differentiation between PNC and CTS .
