目的：探究硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病合并高血压的临床效果。方法选取80例糖尿病并高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，给予观察组硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗，对照组单纯使用厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压的升降情况、临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果治疗前后两组的血压（舒张压/收缩压）比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率为95%，对照组为80%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而两组的不良反应率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对于糖尿病并高血压患者应用硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗效果确切，能有效降低血压，临床效果显著，且不良反应少，值得推广。
목적：탐구초분지평연합액패사탄치료당뇨병합병고혈압적림상효과。방법선취80례당뇨병병고혈압환자작위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，급여관찰조초분지평연합액패사탄치료，대조조단순사용액패사탄치료。비교량조환자치료전후혈압적승강정황、림상료효이급불량반응정황。결과치료전후량조적혈압（서장압/수축압）비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），차조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조적치료총유효솔위95%，대조조위80%，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；이량조적불량반응솔차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론대우당뇨병병고혈압환자응용초분지평연합액패사탄치료효과학절，능유효강저혈압，림상효과현저，차불량반응소，치득추엄。
ObjectiveTo explore the nifedipine combined he sand for treatment of diabetes hypertension.Methods Choose 80 cases of patients with diabetes and high blood pressure as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,giving observation group nifedipine combined he sand treatment,control group simply use he sand treatment.Compare two groups of patients before and after treatment the rise and fall of blood pressure,clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.ResultsThe two groups before and after the treatment of blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure/systolic blood pressure differences,statistically significant (P<0.05),and the comparative differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);Treatment group total effective rate was 95%,control group was 80%,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05);And the adverse reaction rate of two groups had no obvious difference (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetes and hypertension nifedipine combined exactly he sand treatment effect,can effectively reduce blood pressure,clinical effect is remarkable,and less adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
