目的：对B超在妇科疾病普查中的应用价值进行探讨．方法：选取来我院妇科普查的302例妇女作为研究对象，对所有妇女实施B超检查，总结和分析B超在妇科疾病普查中的临床应用价值．结果：经B超检查显示，共检出阳性病例84例，疾病检出率为27．8％，疾病类型包括子宫肌瘤、附件区肿块、宫颈纳囊、宫内节育环异常、子宫-腹壁粘连以及子宫腺肌症．结论：采用B超对妇科疾病进行诊断，能够尽早发现疾病，及时进行治疗，值得普及和应用．

목적：대B초재부과질병보사중적응용개치진행탐토．방법：선취래아원부과보사적302례부녀작위연구대상，대소유부녀실시B초검사，총결화분석B초재부과질병보사중적림상응용개치．결과：경B초검사현시，공검출양성병례84례，질병검출솔위27．8％，질병류형포괄자궁기류、부건구종괴、궁경납낭、궁내절육배이상、자궁-복벽점련이급자궁선기증．결론：채용B초대부과질병진행진단，능구진조발현질병，급시진행치료，치득보급화응용．
AIM:To investigate the application value of B ultra-sonography in screening gynecological diseases.METHODS:A total of 302 females who underwent gynecological screening in our hospital were selected.The application value of B ultrasonography in clinical screening of gynecological diseases was summarized and analyzed.RESULTS:The B ultrasonography results showed 84 cases were detected as positive (detecting rate was 27.8%),with diseases including terine fibroids,adnexal masses,Naboth's cyst, abnormality of intrauterine contraceptive ring,uterus-abdominal adhesion and adenomyosis of uterus.CONCLUSION:B ultra-sonography can detect gynecological diseases in the early stage so that patients can be treated in time.It is worthy of spreading and application.
