目的：分析和探讨血清总胆汁酸测定在肝病诊断中的价值．方法：选取2013-01／2014-01我院门诊及住院部200例肝病患者作为观察组，同期在我院接受健康检查的志愿者100例作为对照组，采用TBA循环酶法和速率法测定两组对象的血清总胆汁酸含量，分析和比较肝癌患者与健康人血清总胆汁酸含量．结果：与对照组健康人相比，观察组各类肝病患者AST、ALT指标检测结果差异较为显著，特别是重症肝炎、肝硬化升幅较大，两组受检者血清总胆汁酸检测结果差异明显（P＜0．05），存在统计学意义．结论：对肝病患者血清总胆汁酸进行测定，为肝病临床诊断提供科学的参考依据．

AIM:To analyze the diagnostic value of total serum bile acid measurement in liver disease.METHODS:A total of 200 patients with liver disease who visited or were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were enrolled in ob-servation group,and 100 volunteers who received health examina-tion were enrolled in the control group.Total serum bile acid of the two groups were measured by enzymatic cycling assay method, and they were analyzed and compared between liver cancer pa-tients and healthy ones.RESULTS:Compared with healthy peo-ple in the control group,AST and ALT index of patients with all kinds of liver diseases in observation group were significantly dif-ferent,and the indexes were especially high in those with severe hepatitis and cirrhosis.The total serum bile acid of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05 ).CONCLUSION:The measurement of total serum bile acid in patients with liver disease could provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis of liver dis-eases.
