Oral and maxillofacial fracture%Make a diagnosis and give treatment%Experience
目的：分析口腔颌面部骨折的诊治体会。方法回顾我院2011年10月～2013年8月收治的口腔颌面部骨折患者78例的临床资料，并分析患者治疗情况。结果口腔颌面部骨折患者78例治疗总有效率100%，未发生1例患者植入钛板钛钉排斥反应，1例伤口感染患者经换药后2期愈合。其余患者经X线复查，骨折线消失，骨痂均匀，接近正常骨小梁结构，所有患者咬合关系基本恢复正常。结论及时准确诊断口腔颌面部骨折情况，采取坚强的内固定术治疗可明显提高患者疗效。微型钛板内固定操作简单、术后愈合快，可在短期内颌间固定，具有显著疗效。

목적：분석구강합면부골절적진치체회。방법회고아원2011년10월～2013년8월수치적구강합면부골절환자78례적림상자료，병분석환자치료정황。결과구강합면부골절환자78례치료총유효솔100%，미발생1례환자식입태판태정배척반응，1례상구감염환자경환약후2기유합。기여환자경X선복사，골절선소실，골가균균，접근정상골소량결구，소유환자교합관계기본회복정상。결론급시준학진단구강합면부골절정황，채취견강적내고정술치료가명현제고환자료효。미형태판내고정조작간단、술후유합쾌，가재단기내합간고정，구유현저료효。
Objective Analysis of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods In October 2011 to August 2013, review of 78 patients admitted in our hospital in recent years, oral and maxillofacial fractures in patients with clinical data and treatment in patients with analysis. The rest of the patients with X line review, fracture line disappeared, callus uniform and close to normal trabecular bone structure, all of the patients occlusal basic returned to normal. Conclusion Timely and accurate diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial fractures, take strong ifxation treatment can significantly improve curative effect. Miniature titanium plate internal fixation with simple operation, postoperative healing fast, can be ifxed between the jaw, in the short term has signiifcant effect.
