目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声及乳腺钼靶X线在乳腺癌诊断中的优势和价值。方法对经术后病理证实的38例乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,比较彩超和钼靶X线的诊断结果。结果彩超组检出乳腺癌34例,漏诊4例;钼靶X线组检出乳腺癌32例,漏诊6例,彩超组对肿块的显示率高于钼靶X线组,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对肿块大小、边缘毛刺征的检出率比较,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);彩超组对血管和淋巴结的检出率明显高于钼靶X线组,钼靶X线组对微钙化的检出率明显高于彩超组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩超和钼靶X线在乳腺癌诊断中起着重要作用,二者各有优势,有机地结合起来,将明显提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。
目的:探討綵色多普勒超聲及乳腺鉬靶X線在乳腺癌診斷中的優勢和價值。方法對經術後病理證實的38例乳腺癌患者進行迴顧性分析,比較綵超和鉬靶X線的診斷結果。結果綵超組檢齣乳腺癌34例,漏診4例;鉬靶X線組檢齣乳腺癌32例,漏診6例,綵超組對腫塊的顯示率高于鉬靶X線組,兩組比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);對腫塊大小、邊緣毛刺徵的檢齣率比較,兩組比較差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);綵超組對血管和淋巴結的檢齣率明顯高于鉬靶X線組,鉬靶X線組對微鈣化的檢齣率明顯高于綵超組,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論綵超和鉬靶X線在乳腺癌診斷中起著重要作用,二者各有優勢,有機地結閤起來,將明顯提高乳腺癌診斷的準確性。
목적:탐토채색다보륵초성급유선목파X선재유선암진단중적우세화개치。방법대경술후병리증실적38례유선암환자진행회고성분석,비교채초화목파X선적진단결과。결과채초조검출유선암34례,루진4례;목파X선조검출유선암32례,루진6례,채초조대종괴적현시솔고우목파X선조,량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);대종괴대소、변연모자정적검출솔비교,량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);채초조대혈관화림파결적검출솔명현고우목파X선조,목파X선조대미개화적검출솔명현고우채초조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채초화목파X선재유선암진단중기착중요작용,이자각유우세,유궤지결합기래,장명현제고유선암진단적준학성。
Objective To discuss the advantages and value of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods Thirty-eight cases of breast cancer pathologically confirmed in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the diagnostic results of ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray were compared. Results 34 cases were detected in breast ultrasound group, and 4 cases missed;32 cases were detected in mammography X-ray group of breast cancer,and 6 cases missed. Ultrasound group showed a higher rate of mass than mammography X-ray group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0. 05). There was no significant difference in tumor size and the detection rate of edge levy burr between the two groups(P>0. 05). The blood vessels and lymph node detection rate in ultrasound group was significantly higher than that of mammography X-ray group,microcalcifications detection rate in mammography X-ray group was significantly higher than that in ultrasound group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Ultrasound and mammography X-ray play an important role in the diagnosis of breast cancer,and both have their own advanta-ges. If organically combined,they will significantly improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of breast cancer.
