目的：观察烧山火针法配合肩关节摇拨法对肩周炎的临床疗效。方法56例肩周炎患者随机分成两组。治疗组采用烧山火针法配合肩关节摇拨法治疗，对照组采用肩关节摇拨法治疗，观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后肩关节功能评分。结果两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）；且治疗组更能有效的改善肩关节疼痛及患者的功能评分（P ＜0．01）。结论烧山火针法配合肩关节摇拨法治疗肩周炎对肩周炎有很好的临床疗效。
목적：관찰소산화침법배합견관절요발법대견주염적림상료효。방법56례견주염환자수궤분성량조。치료조채용소산화침법배합견관절요발법치료，대조조채용견관절요발법치료，관찰량조림상료효화치료전후견관절공능평분。결과량조림상료효비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．01）；차치료조경능유효적개선견관절동통급환자적공능평분（P ＜0．01）。결론소산화침법배합견관절요발법치료견주염대견주염유흔호적림상료효。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of shaoshanhuo needling method combined with rolling the shoulder on periar-thritis of shoulder.Methods 56 cases of periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group used shaos-hanhuo needling method combined with rolling the shoulder, the control group used rolling the shoulder mothod.TO observe the therapeutic effect and the function score of the shoulder joint of two groups before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficiency between two groups had statistically significant difference(P <0.01); and the treatment group could effectively improve the patients with shoulder pain and func-tional scores, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion The shaoshanhuo needling method combined with rolling the shoulder has good clinical effect in treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.
