目的：观察活血止痛软胶囊口服联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法68例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组仅采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，治疗组则在此基础上加用活血止痛软胶囊口服治疗，治疗4周后对两组患者的临床疗效、临床体征和症状积分进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。治疗组的症状和体征积分优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论活血止痛软胶囊口服联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效好。
목적：관찰활혈지통연효낭구복연합파리산납관절강주사치료슬골성관절염적림상료효。방법68례슬골성관절염환자수궤분위량조。대조조부채용파리산납관절강주사치료，치료조칙재차기출상가용활혈지통연효낭구복치료，치료4주후대량조환자적림상료효、림상체정화증상적분진행비교。결과치료조총유효솔현저우우대조조（P ＜0．05）。치료조적증상화체정적분우우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론활혈지통연효낭구복연합파리산납관절강주사치료슬골성관절염료효호。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxuezhitong soft capsule combined with sodium hyaluronate injected into articular cavity in treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods 68 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was only treated with intra -articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and the treatment group used Huoxuezhitong soft capsule based on the control group.After treating for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy and the scores of symptoms and signs in two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group (P <0.05).After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in treatment group were better than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Huoxuezhitong soft capsules combined with intra -articular injection of sodium hyaluronate has good therapeutic effect in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
