目的：观察针刺太溪、复溜穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将80例神经根型颈椎病患者分为治疗组40例和对照组40例，治疗组选择针刺太溪、复溜穴进行治疗，对照组则选取与病变椎体相对应的双侧颈夹脊穴进行治疗。结果治疗组与对照组近期疗效与远期疗效差异不明显。结论针刺太溪、复溜穴治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效与针刺局部颈夹脊穴作用相当，但取穴少而精，有利于临床推广应用。
목적：관찰침자태계、복류혈치료신경근형경추병적림상료효。방법장80례신경근형경추병환자분위치료조40례화대조조40례，치료조선택침자태계、복류혈진행치료，대조조칙선취여병변추체상대응적쌍측경협척혈진행치료。결과치료조여대조조근기료효여원기료효차이불명현。결론침자태계、복류혈치료신경근형경추병료효여침자국부경협척혈작용상당，단취혈소이정，유리우림상추엄응용。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture Taixi, Fuliu acupoint in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 80 cases of nerve root type of cervical spondylosis patients were divided into 40 cases of treatment group and 40 casesof control group , the treatment group choosed acupuncture Taixi, Fuliu acupoint therapy, while the control group selected with the bilateral cervical Jiaji Points of the lesions&corresPonding vertebral bodies.Results The difference between two groups in the recent curative effect and long -term effect had not obvious.Conclusion Taixi, Fuliu acupoint in treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis and Cervical Jiaji acupuncture have equivalent effect, but less acupoints and refined, is helpful for clinical application.
