目的：观察中药加地奈德乳膏联合松馏油软膏封包治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法175例寻常性斑块状银屑病患者随机分为两组，对照组给予地奈德乳膏联合松馏油软膏封包治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服中药。两组均治疗4周，在治疗2、4周后观察临床疗效及安全性。结果两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05），两组 PASI 评分比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论中药加地奈德软膏联合松馏油乳膏封包治疗斑块状银屑病起效快、疗效明显、不良反应小。
목적：관찰중약가지내덕유고연합송류유연고봉포치료반괴상은설병적료효화안전성。방법175례심상성반괴상은설병환자수궤분위량조，대조조급여지내덕유고연합송류유연고봉포치료，치료조재대조조치료기출상구복중약。량조균치료4주，재치료2、4주후관찰림상료효급안전성。결과량조총유효솔차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05），량조 PASI 평분비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．01）。결론중약가지내덕연고연합송류유유고봉포치료반괴상은설병기효쾌、료효명현、불량반응소。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM plus Desonide cream combined with Pine tar ointment packets in trea-ting plaque psoriasis.Methods 175 cases of plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given desonide cream combined with pine tar ointment packet treatment, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine based on the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks, in the treatment of 2, 4 weeks to observe the clinical efficacy and safety.Results The total efficiency of two groups had significant difference (P <0.05);PASI scores had statistical significance differences between two groups (P <0.01).Con-clusion TCM pluses Desonide ointment combined with the onset of distillate oil cream in treatment of plaque psoriasis have rapid and obvi-ous effect, less adverse reactions.
