肠道微生物在大肠肿瘤中的作用受到广泛关注,而作为肠道共生菌群的具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum, Fn)与肠癌发生关系密切,可促进肠癌的发展并影响预后。Fn 与大肠肿瘤发生的临床流行病学以及分子机制研究可为肿瘤防治提供新的思路。本文就近年来对 Fn 影响大肠肿瘤发生发展的研究进行汇总,并对未来研究展望作一概述。
腸道微生物在大腸腫瘤中的作用受到廣汎關註,而作為腸道共生菌群的具覈梭桿菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum, Fn)與腸癌髮生關繫密切,可促進腸癌的髮展併影響預後。Fn 與大腸腫瘤髮生的臨床流行病學以及分子機製研究可為腫瘤防治提供新的思路。本文就近年來對 Fn 影響大腸腫瘤髮生髮展的研究進行彙總,併對未來研究展望作一概述。

The effects of gut microbiota on colorectal tumor attract widespread attention. Fusobacterium nucleatum (Fn), a com-mensal resident of the human gut, is closely associated with intestinal tumorigenesis. Fn may contribute to the development and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Studies of clinical epidemiology and molecular mechanisms on this topic provide new ideas for the pre-vention and the treatment of colorectal cancer. The present article summaries the recent advances in the relationship between Fn and the development of colorecal neoplasia, and outlines the future prospect.
