将S-(-)-乳酸甲酯作为手性源,4-二甲氨基吡啶( DMAP )为催化剂,与丙烯酰氯反应制备出高纯度,高产率的可聚合手性单体,并以此单体聚合生成均聚物及其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯( MMA)的共聚物,对手性单体、均聚物、共聚物进行了旋光度测定,核磁共振氢谱表征(1 H—NMR)。对在DMAP存在下的单体反应机理进行了解释,并对共聚物膜的生物降解应用进行了探索。

In this paper,S-(-)-methyl lactate as the chiral pool,4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst,with Acryloyl chloride to synthesize a high purity of a chiral polymerizable monomer, and as a monomer generate homopolymers and copolymers with MMA and chiral monomer.All products were measured by optical rotation,1 H-NMR spectroscopy techniques.Characterization of the monomer reaction mechanism in the presence of DMAP were explained,and biodegradation properties of the copolymer explored.
