通过对郄穴用于痛证的文献资料进行总结，分析郄穴用于止痛的病症范畴及临床疗效，为研究其作用机理及推广该类特定穴在痛证中的使用提供依据。从近年来郄穴治疗痛证的使用情况来看可大致归纳为：头痛、胃脘痛、胆绞痛、痛经、颈椎病，腰椎间盘突出症、软组织损伤、术后镇痛等40多种病症，尤其在骨、伤科病症中使用较多。通过分析可以发现，用于痛证治疗的大多为阳经郄穴，亦有阴经郄穴治痛证的应用。可以认为郄穴治疗痛证疗效好，范围较广，是痛证治疗中值得深入研究和推广应用的特定穴位之一。虽然目前郄穴用于临床研究较多，但其作用机理仍处于研究空白状态，值得进一步深入研究。

Abstracts:Through the xi -cleft for pain syndrome of the literature summarize, analyse it for disease category and clinical curative effect of pain, for the study of its mechanism and promoting the class provides the basis for the use of a particular point in pain.It was used in treat-ment of pain syndrome in recent years, it can be summarized as follows: headache, weiwantong, biliary colic, dysmenorrhea, cervical spon-dylosis, lumbar disc disease, soft tissue injury, postoperative analgesia, as many as 40 kinds of disease, especially in bone, &experience conditions used.Through the analysis can be found, xi -cleft point is widely used in pain syndrom, its mechanism is still in the research blank, deserves further research.
