目的:为了进一步研究和探讨多媒体教学系统在提升外科手术学基础实践教学质量中的实际效果,从而为相关的临床实践教学研究提供指导和帮助.方法:本文选取我校200名2010级临床专业的本科学生为研究对象,针对相关资料进行了比较研究.结果:①两组学员实施不同课堂教学方法后,在手术整体流程掌握情况和手术操作重点环节掌握情况两个方面的考试得分水平上组间比较,传统教学组学员的得分水平显著地低于多媒体教学组学员的得分水平,且组间比较,均P<0.05;②总满意率组间比较,多媒体教学组学员的水平显著地高于传统教学组学员的水平,且P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:采用多媒体教学系统可以有效的提升外科手术学基础实践教学质量,同时对于改善课堂教学满意度也具有重要的意义.

AIM:To further study and explore the actual effect of multimedia teaching system in the improvement of the quality of teaching of surgical practice teaching,so as to provide guidance and help for related clinical practice teaching and research. METHODS:200 cases of clinical undergraduate students of 2010 in our school were chosen as the research object.The clini-cal data was taken for a comparative study.RESULTS:① After the implementation of different teaching methods for the two groups of trainees,the overall process of surgery and surgical op-erations mastery mastery two key aspects of the examination score levels compared between the two groups,and the levels of the tra-ditional teaching group were significantly lower than the multime-dia group.Compared between the two groups,P<0.05;② The total satisfaction rates compared between the two groups,the level of the multimedia group was significantly higher than the level of traditional teaching group,and P<0.05,there were statistically significant differences.CONCLUSION:The application of mul-timedia teaching system can effectively enhance the quality of the basic surgical practice teaching,and it also has important signifi-cance for improving classroom teaching satisfaction.
