使用过硫酸铵作为氧化剂,在酸性条件下控制反应温度合成了聚苯胺,然后使用一定浓度的质子酸对合成的聚苯胺进行了掺杂,使之成为具有导电性能的掺杂态聚苯胺,烘干后四探针仪测量其导电性。实验表明导电聚苯胺的最佳合成反应条件为反应温度为0℃、盐酸浓度为2 mol/L、过硫酸铵与苯胺物质的量比例为1∶1,合成的聚苯胺导电率可达10 S/cm。
使用過硫痠銨作為氧化劑,在痠性條件下控製反應溫度閤成瞭聚苯胺,然後使用一定濃度的質子痠對閤成的聚苯胺進行瞭摻雜,使之成為具有導電性能的摻雜態聚苯胺,烘榦後四探針儀測量其導電性。實驗錶明導電聚苯胺的最佳閤成反應條件為反應溫度為0℃、鹽痠濃度為2 mol/L、過硫痠銨與苯胺物質的量比例為1∶1,閤成的聚苯胺導電率可達10 S/cm。
사용과류산안작위양화제,재산성조건하공제반응온도합성료취분알,연후사용일정농도적질자산대합성적취분알진행료참잡,사지성위구유도전성능적참잡태취분알,홍간후사탐침의측량기도전성。실험표명도전취분알적최가합성반응조건위반응온도위0℃、염산농도위2 mol/L、과류산안여분알물질적량비례위1∶1,합성적취분알도전솔가체10 S/cm。
Polyaniline was synthesized by chemical oxidation reaction with ammonium persulfate which was used as oxidan agent under acidic condition,when the reaction temperatuer was controlled.The synthesized polyaniline was doped with a certain concentration of proton acid, after the doping reaction was completed,the conductivity of polyaniline was measured by Four-Point Probes.Experiments showed the optimum reaction condition was that the concentration of hydrochloric acid,the reaction temperatuer, the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline were 2 mol/L, 0 ℃, 1 ∶1 individually.The conductivity of the synthesized polyaniline could reach 10 S/cm under these conditions.
