目的：观察改良愈疡方对溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠黏膜屏障的保护作用及可能的机制。方法：40只雄性C57BL／6小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组、对照组各10只；正常组和模型组均给予生理盐水灌肠，治疗组给予中药灌肠，对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶灌肠，共14 d。观察各组大鼠体质量的改变，疾病活动指数；利用荧光分光光度计测量血清中异硫氢酸荧光素葡聚糖的含量。结果：模型组体质量、疾病活动指数与正常组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。模型组血清中异硫氢酸荧光素葡聚糖含量与正常组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；但治疗组与正常组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：改良愈疡方有助于维持溃疡性结肠炎黏膜屏障结构和功能，从而降低肠黏膜屏障的通透性，改善炎症造成的组织损伤，对溃疡性结肠炎模型小鼠结肠黏膜屏障具有较好的保护作用。
목적：관찰개량유양방대궤양성결장염모형소서점막병장적보호작용급가능적궤제。방법：40지웅성C57BL／6소서수궤분위정상조、모형조、치료조、대조조각10지；정상조화모형조균급여생리염수관장，치료조급여중약관장，대조조급여류담광알필정관장，공14 d。관찰각조대서체질량적개변，질병활동지수；이용형광분광광도계측량혈청중이류경산형광소포취당적함량。결과：모형조체질량、질병활동지수여정상조비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。모형조혈청중이류경산형광소포취당함량여정상조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；단치료조여정상조비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론：개량유양방유조우유지궤양성결장염점막병장결구화공능，종이강저장점막병장적통투성，개선염증조성적조직손상，대궤양성결장염모형소서결장점막병장구유교호적보호작용。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of modified Yuyang Decoction on ulcerative colitis model in mice and the possible mechanism of the mucosal barrier.Methods:40 male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group and treat-ment group,10 rats in each group.The normal group and model group were given normal saline enema,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine enema and the control group was given sulfasalazine enema,14D.Observe the body weight of rats in the groups change,disease activity index;content using fluorescence spectrophotometer to measure serum of FITC dextran.Results:In the model group,the body mass index of disease activity compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). Compared with the normal group,model group,the serum FITC dextran content,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 ). But the treatment group compared with the normal group,no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Yuyang formu-la helps to maintain the ulcerative colitis mucosal barrier function and structure,thereby reducing the intestinal mucosal barrier permea-bility,tissue damage caused by the improvement of inflammation,has a good protective effect on ulcerative colitis in mice model of colon mucosal barrier.
