目的:观察党参、甘草等药物不同炮制品组方的参苓白术散的药效作用。方法:①70只昆明种小鼠随机平均分为空白对照组,模型对照组,思密达组,参苓白术散1组、2组、3组、4组,除空白对照组外,其余各组均制作为脾虚泄泻模型。正常对照组和模型对照组每天按照0.02 mL·g-1剂量灌胃自来水1次,连续7d。其余各组均给予相同量的相应药物。观察各组胃排空和肠推进功能。②分组及给药方法同①,观察各组腹泻指数。③分组及给药方法同①,观察各组小鼠脾虚指数、小鼠尿D-木糖含量、淀粉酶活性。④分组同①,每组15只,空白对照组、模型组用0.02 mL·g-1自来水灌胃外,其余各组每鼠灌胃100%不同炮制品组成的参苓白术散1组、2组、3组、4组药液0.02 mL·g-1,1次·d-1,连续给药12 d。第7天除正常对照组外,其余各组每鼠腹腔注射环磷酰100 mg·kg-1,1次·d-1,观察各组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。结果:由党参、甘草的蜜炙品与白术、山药的土炒品、薏苡仁麸炒品组方的参苓白术散有明显的止泻作用,能抑制小鼠的碳末推进率和胃排空率,与模型组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);由党参、甘草的蜜炙品与白术、山药、薏苡仁麸炒品组方的参苓白术散能显著提高脾虚小鼠血清淀粉酶和D-木糖的含量,与模型组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);党参、甘草的蜜制品与白术、山药、薏苡仁生品组方的参苓白术散组可明显提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬作用,与模型组比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:思密达虽有止泻作用,但没有提高脾虚小鼠免疫机能的作用。参苓白术散在临床上用于脾虚泄泻引起的腹泻便溏、纳呆,组方时党参、甘草应用蜜炙品,白术、山药应用土炒品、薏苡仁应用麸炒品;用于健脾消食时,组方时党参、甘草应用蜜炙品,白术、山药、薏苡仁应用麸炒品;用于提高机体免疫力时,党参、甘草应用蜜制品,白术、山药、薏苡仁应用生品。

목적:관찰당삼、감초등약물불동포제품조방적삼령백술산적약효작용。방법:①70지곤명충소서수궤평균분위공백대조조,모형대조조,사밀체조,삼령백술산1조、2조、3조、4조,제공백대조조외,기여각조균제작위비허설사모형。정상대조조화모형대조조매천안조0.02 mL·g-1제량관위자래수1차,련속7d。기여각조균급여상동량적상응약물。관찰각조위배공화장추진공능。②분조급급약방법동①,관찰각조복사지수。③분조급급약방법동①,관찰각조소서비허지수、소서뇨D-목당함량、정분매활성。④분조동①,매조15지,공백대조조、모형조용0.02 mL·g-1자래수관위외,기여각조매서관위100%불동포제품조성적삼령백술산1조、2조、3조、4조약액0.02 mL·g-1,1차·d-1,련속급약12 d。제7천제정상대조조외,기여각조매서복강주사배린선100 mg·kg-1,1차·d-1,관찰각조복강거서세포탄서공능。결과:유당삼、감초적밀자품여백술、산약적토초품、의이인부초품조방적삼령백술산유명현적지사작용,능억제소서적탄말추진솔화위배공솔,여모형조비교,차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01);유당삼、감초적밀자품여백술、산약、의이인부초품조방적삼령백술산능현저제고비허소서혈청정분매화D-목당적함량,여모형조비교,차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01);당삼、감초적밀제품여백술、산약、의이인생품조방적삼령백술산조가명현제고복강거서세포탄서작용,여모형조비교,차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론:사밀체수유지사작용,단몰유제고비허소서면역궤능적작용。삼령백술산재림상상용우비허설사인기적복사편당、납태,조방시당삼、감초응용밀자품,백술、산약응용토초품、의이인응용부초품;용우건비소식시,조방시당삼、감초응용밀자품,백술、산약、의이인응용부초품;용우제고궤체면역력시,당삼、감초응용밀제품,백술、산약、의이인응용생품。
Objective:To observe the drug action of Codonopsis pilosula and liquorice with different processed products in shenling baizhu powder.Methods:①70 kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,smecta group,and four shenling baizhu powder groups,in addition to the blank control group,the rest of the groups were produced for diarrhea of spleen deficient model.In accordance with the dose of 0.02 mL · g-1 dose lavage tap water,continuous 7 d,in the normal control group and model control group.The rest of the groups were given the same amount of appropriate drugs.Observed the function of gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in the groups.②Sectionalization and medication are the same as①,to observe the diarrhea index in the each group.③Sectionalization and medication are the same as②,to observe the spleen deficiency index,Mouse urine D-xylose content,amyl-ase activity in mouse urine.④Sectionalization and medication are the same as①,Blank control group,model group with 0.02 mL·g-1 tap water to fill the stomach,the groups of different processed products of every rat gastric 100%of four shenling baizhu powder group-swere given 0.02 mL·g-1 ·d-1 ,1 time,continuous dosing 12 d,in the 7th day,in addition to the normal control group,the rest of the groups were given intraperitoneal injection of each rat ring phosphoryl 100 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ,1 time,observe each abdominal macrophage phagocytosis function.Results:Processing with honey of Codonopsis pilosula,liquorice and fry of white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis with bran fried,which have the function of antidiarrheal,and can inhibit mice at the end of the advance rate and the rate of gastric emptying,compared with model group,with significant difference statistically significant (P<0.01 ).Shenling baizhu powder of processing with honey of Codonopsis pilosula,liquorice and fry of white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis with bran fried can significantly increase the mice serum amylase and D xylose content of pixu (spleen deficient),compared with model group,with significant difference statistically significant (P<0.01).Shenling baizhu powder of processing with honey of Codonopsis pi-losula,liquorice and fry of white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis with bran fried can obviously improve the abdominal macrophage phagocytosis,compared with model group,with significant difference statistically significant (P <0.01 ).Conclusion:Though smecta has an anti-diarrhea effect,did not increase the function of immune function in mice of spleen deficient.Shenling baizhu powder can use for loose stool and diarrhea,anorexia,with processing with honey of Codonopsis pilosula,liquorice and fry of white atrac-tylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis with bran fried.When the prescription using for invigorating spleen to promote digestion should with processing with honey of Codonopsis pilosula,liquorice,bran fried white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis. When the prescription using for improving immunity of the organism should with processing with honey of Codonopsis pilosula,liquo-rice,and unripe white atractylodes rhizome,Chinese yam,semen coicis.
