利用计算机网络技术、数据库技术和C＃语言，改进了一个成人招生录取通知网络化管理平台，主要设计步骤分为数据转换、录取通知书设计和打印平台设计。改进后的管理平台不仅实现了学生登录后可自行打印和下载本人的录取通知书并提供与其他应用系统的接口，而且操作更简便并能跨浏览器平台。具有一定的创新性、示范性以及经济性。

This paper,by using computer network technology,database technology and C#language, improved an adult education enrollment notification network management platform.The main design steps are divided into the data transformation, the admission notice and print platform design.The improved management platform to realize the students are free to download and print after login themself admission notice.The platform to provide an interface with the other application systems,and convenient operation and can cross browser platform.The improved platform has some characteristics such as innovation, demonstration and economy.
