目的：观察中药内服、保留灌肠、穴位敷贴三种疗法联合治疗溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）的临床疗效。方法：将160例UC患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组80例。治疗组给予中药内服、保留灌肠、穴位敷贴治疗；对照组口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片，每日4 g，分4次口服。2组疗程均为4周。结果：治疗组腹痛、腹泻及脓血便消失时间与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；治疗后复查肠镜，对照组有效率为72．50％，治疗组为97．50％，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；两组临床综合疗效比较：治疗组有效率为97．50％，对照组为75．00％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：中药内服、保留灌肠、穴位敷贴三联疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著。

목적：관찰중약내복、보류관장、혈위부첩삼충요법연합치료궤양성결장염（ulcerative colitis，UC）적림상료효。방법：장160례UC환자수궤분위치료조80례화대조조80례。치료조급여중약내복、보류관장、혈위부첩치료；대조조구복류담광필정장용편，매일4 g，분4차구복。2조료정균위4주。결과：치료조복통、복사급농혈편소실시간여대조조비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；치료후복사장경，대조조유효솔위72．50％，치료조위97．50％，량조유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；량조림상종합료효비교：치료조유효솔위97．50％，대조조위75．00％，치료조명현우우대조조（P＜0．01）。결론：중약내복、보류관장、혈위부첩삼련요법치료궤양성결장염림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine,retention enema,acupoint application of three kinds of combi-nation therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).Methods:160 patients with UC were randomly divided into treatment group of 80 cases and control group of 80 cases.The treatment group was treated with oral Chinese medicine,retention enema,acupoint application,and the control group was treated with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets,daily 4 g,oral,4 times.2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results:Comparison between the treatment group and the control group,the main symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea and bloody purulent stool disappear time differences were significant(P<0.01).The treatment after the review colonoscopy,the control group was 72.50%,treat-ment group 97.50%(P<0.01).Tthe total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.50% and 75.00%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral Chinese medicine,reten-tion enema,acupoint application of three kinds of combination therapy in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is positive.
