目的:探讨白细胞介素17(IL-17)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)和免疫球蛋白E(IgE)在支气管哮喘( BA)患儿中的表达水平及其相关性。方法选择93例轻中度支气管哮喘患儿缓解期和发作期IL-17、EOS和IgE水平,同期选择80例健康体检儿童为对照组。结果患儿组血清EOS计数、血清IL-17和IgE水平均显著上升,远高于对照组(P<0.05),EOS计数随血清IL-17增高而增高,两者呈现正相关性(r=0.794,P=0.003),而IgE和EOS计数、血清IL-17水平并无相关关系;哮喘发作期IgE水平较缓解期高(P<0.05),发作期患儿IgE水平和IL-17呈现出正相关性(r=0.583,P=0.007)。结论儿童支气管哮喘血清EOS计数、血清IL-17和IgE水平表达增高,可为判断病情提供理论依据。

Objective To evaluate the expression level of IL-17, EOS and IgE in the children with bronchial asthma and their correlation. Methods 93 children with bronchial asthma from April 2012 to February 2013 were chosen as the experimental objects, and another 80 health children were taken as the control group. The levels of IL-17, EOS and IgE during remission period and acute phase were compared between the two groups. Results EOS count, serum IL-17 and IgE levels increased more significantly in the experiment group than in the control group ( P<0. 05). EOS count was positively correlated with IL-17 (r=0. 794,P=0. 003). The level of IgE was higher at acute phase than in remission (P<0. 05). IgE and IL-17 showed a positive correlation at acute phase (r=0. 583, P=0. 007). Conclusion The high expression of EOS count, serum IL-17 and IgE can be used to diagnose the situa-tion of children with bronchial asthma.
