针对传统的连阴雨研究一般基于站点资料进行统计分析存在局限性的问题,该文提出了一种基于卫星遥感和 GIS 的夏玉米花期阴雨风险区划方法。基于传统的连阴雨指标,利用风云三号(FY3)卫星数据反演云覆盖率产品建立连阴雨遥感指数,以河南省为例,对夏玉米花期阴雨进行风险区划研究,获得河南省夏玉米花期阴雨风险分布图。结果表明连阴雨最重的地区发生在周口、驻马店、洛阳、开封等部分地区,其次为平顶山、许昌、商丘等部分地区。发生连阴雨不明显的地区主要分布在豫北和豫西北地区。该文利用遥感资料对夏玉米花期阴雨进行风险区划研究是可行的,可以全面了解连阴雨发生风险程度,能够为政府决策提供科学依据,同时利用当年数据研究连阴雨发生程度和区域,可以为夏玉米产量预测提供依据,为及时准确预测产量做出贡献。

The traditional study of continuous rain generally uses station data for statistical analysis.Because each station only represents the weather itself,the limitation is obvious and risk zoning method of summer maize flowering phase continuous rain was established based on remote sensing and GIS in this paper.Based on traditional continuous rain index,continuous rain remote sensing index was built by using FY-3 satellite cloud coverage data.We had a research on risk zoning of summer maize flowering phase continuous rain taking Henan province as an example.Summer maize risk distribution map was obtained.The results showed that most of continuous rains appeared in Zhoukou,Zhumadian,Luoyang,Kaifeng,followed by parts of Pingdingshan,Xuchang,Shangqiu,etc.Occurrence of continuous rain was not obvious in the north and northwest of Henan province.The risk zoning method based on remote sensing can fully reflect the continuous rain risk degree,and provide scientific basis for government decision-making.At the same time,the year study of continuous rain occurrence degree and area can provide a basis for the summer maize yield prediction.
