The development of service industry is an importmant features and an economic development trend.And its developting level becomes an important mark which measuring the development of modern economic society.Therefore,it is significant to study the service industry.Firstly, this paper raises the background of service innovation.Then it builds model and has an empirical analysis on service innovation of service industry in shandong province.Lastly,it puts forward some measures about promoting service innovation capacity of modern service industry of shandong.
