感染性克隆技术是在分子病毒学研究领域兴起一门新型技术,即在病毒的遗传物质水平研究其复制机制和致病机理,并拯救病毒。构建戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus, HEV)感染性克隆是对 HEV 实施反向遗传操作技术的前提和基础,文章综述了 HEV 感染性克隆的构建策略、方法及应用。

The infectious clone technology is a new technology emerging in the field of molecu-lar virology, and it is used to study the mechanisms of virus replication and pathogenesis in the level of viral gene in an attempt to rescue viruses. Construction of hepatitis E virus (HEV) infectious cD-NA clone is the basis for the study of HEV by reverse genetic technology. In this paper, we review the construction of HEV infectious cDNA clones and its application.
