在10000 m3/d处理规模的生产性示范工程条件下,对比研究了活性无烟煤滤池和砂滤池对浊度、氨氮、 UV254、 CODMn和三卤甲烷前体物等污染物的去除效果。长期运行试验结果表明,活性无烟煤滤池对浊度的去除效果与砂滤池无明显差异,滤后水平均浊度维持在0.2 NTU左右;对氨氮、 UV254、 CODMn和三卤甲烷前体物的去除效果均明显优于砂滤池;将砂滤池改造成为活性无烟煤滤池可有效提高水厂出水水质,值得在常规水厂工艺改造中推广。

Under the condition of the productive demonstration project with a treatment scale of 10 000 m3/d, the effects of activated anthracite filter and sand filter on turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, UV254, CODMn, THMEP and some other pollutantsˊ removal were comparatively studied. The results of the long-time running test showed that, the turbidity removal performance of activated anthracite filter and sand filter had no obvious difference, and the average turbidity of the filtrated effluent maintained at about 0.2 NTU; however, the removal effect of ammo-nia nitrogen, UV254, CODMn, and THMEP by activated anthracite filter was much better than by sand filter. There-fore, transforming sand filter into activated anthracite filter can effectively improve the effluent water quality of waterworks, which is worthy of being popularized in conventional process transformation of waterworks.
