目的:探讨基层医院急诊患者就诊规律为护理人力资源配置提供参考。方法回顾性分析2012-01~2013-12间本院急诊科收治患者的临床资料和人力资源配置情况。对急诊不同科室患者构成比、日均就诊量、24 h就诊病例分布、每周就诊情况和护理工时测定情况进行调查。结果3年内日平均就诊量显著增加(P<0.01),急诊收治患者以内科和儿科为主,上午8:00~11:00和下午14:00~21:00为就诊高峰期。护理人员工作时间显著增加( P<0.01),患者得到的人均护理时间显著缩短( P<0.01)。结论基层医院急诊患者就诊量日益增加,且具有明显规律,应当依据调查结果科学运作,以提高护理效率。

목적:탐토기층의원급진환자취진규률위호리인력자원배치제공삼고。방법회고성분석2012-01~2013-12간본원급진과수치환자적림상자료화인력자원배치정황。대급진불동과실환자구성비、일균취진량、24 h취진병례분포、매주취진정황화호리공시측정정황진행조사。결과3년내일평균취진량현저증가(P<0.01),급진수치환자이내과화인과위주,상오8:00~11:00화하오14:00~21:00위취진고봉기。호리인원공작시간현저증가( P<0.01),환자득도적인균호리시간현저축단( P<0.01)。결론기층의원급진환자취진량일익증가,차구유명현규률,응당의거조사결과과학운작,이제고호리효솔。
Objective To study the primary hospital emergency department patient visits situation to design effective management of nursing human resources .Methods The data of outpatients and nursing human resources allocation from Jan .2012 to Dec.2013 were ret-rospectively analyzed , and the constitution ratio , average daily medical consultation , 24h constitution medical consultation , medical consul-tation every week and nursing hour measurement situation were investigated .Results In the hospital , the patients were significantly in-creased during 3 years (P<0.01).Patients in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics took major portion .The peak attendance period was 8:00~11:00 and 14:00~21:00.The nurse working hours were significantly increased and nursing time that single patient received was signifi -cantly decreased (P<0.01).Conclusion The patients visit primary in emergency department is increasing and has a clear law which should be scientific analyzed to increase nursing efficiency .
