目的：探讨二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用价值．方法：选取2009-02／2012-04口腔修复患者100例，将其按双盲随机方法分为参照组50例和试验组50例．参照组采用镍铬合金全瓷冠行牙齿修复；试验组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠行牙齿修复，将两组患者牙齿美学修复效果及修复时间、费用、修复体不良现象进行比较．结果：①两组患者口腔修复治疗效果比较：试验组患者牙齿修复优良率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．②两组患者修复时间、修复花费比较：两组患者修复时间、修复花费接近，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）．③两组患者修复体不良现象比较：参照组患者有3例（3颗牙）出现修复体折断，有3例（3颗牙）出现修复体崩瓷．试验组患者仅有1例（1颗牙）出现修复体崩瓷现象，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）．结论：二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用价值良好，且不会增加修复花费和修复时间，有利于减少修复体不良现象，值得推广．

목적：탐토이양화고수복체재구강수복중적응용개치．방법：선취2009-02／2012-04구강수복환자100례，장기안쌍맹수궤방법분위삼조조50례화시험조50례．삼조조채용얼락합금전자관행아치수복；시험조채용이양화고전자관행아치수복，장량조환자아치미학수복효과급수복시간、비용、수복체불량현상진행비교．결과：①량조환자구강수복치료효과비교：시험조환자아치수복우량솔고우삼조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）．②량조환자수복시간、수복화비비교：량조환자수복시간、수복화비접근，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）．③량조환자수복체불량현상비교：삼조조환자유3례（3과아）출현수복체절단，유3례（3과아）출현수복체붕자．시험조환자부유1례（1과아）출현수복체붕자현상，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）．결론：이양화고수복체재구강수복중적응용개치량호，차불회증가수복화비화수복시간，유리우감소수복체불량현상，치득추엄．
AIM:To investigate the effect observation of zirconi-um dioxide restoration in prosthodontics.METHODS:A total of 100 patients who came to prosthodontics from February 2009 to A-pril 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by randomized and double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.PFM (Ni-Cr Alloy)crowns with gingival porcelain were adopted in the control group,while zirconium diox-ide with gingival porcelain was adopted in the observation group. The esthetic effect,restoration time,cost and side effect of resto-ration of the two groups were compared.RESULTS:①Effect comparison:Observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ).②Restoration time and cost comparison:Restoration time and cost comparison of two groups are similar,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).③Side effect comparison:In control group,restorations broken was observed in 3 cases (3 teeth),and porcelain cracking was observed in 3 cases (3 teeth).In observation group,porcelain cracking was observed in 1 case (1 tooth).The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Zirconium dioxide restoration is useful in prosthodontics.It takes less time and costs less money to re-store the teeth,causes less side effect,and is worthy of promo-tion.
