目的观察火箭煤油对家兔眼的刺激作用。方法选择4只家兔进行火箭煤油的单次染毒眼刺激性实验和多次染毒眼刺激实验，左眼滴100μl 火箭煤油原油，右眼滴100μl 的盐水作为对照，每天滴眼1次，连续使用14 d。单次染毒组在染毒后1，2，4，24，48及72 h 观察眼部情况。多次染毒组在每日染毒前以及最后一次染毒后的1、2、4、24、48及72 h 观察眼部情况并进行评分。采用具有重复测量的方差分析对家兔眼刺激反应评分进行评价。结果火箭煤油单次染毒后眼刺激反应评分为0．00，家兔的眼角膜、虹膜、结膜均未见异常。火箭煤油多次染毒后眼刺激评分为3．62，眼刺激的主要表现为结膜水肿，染毒眼与正常眼的眼刺激评分差异有统计学意义（F ＝49．84，P ＜0．05）。结论单次火箭煤油推进剂对兔眼无明显刺激性，但多次染毒可引起家兔眼结膜水肿。

Objective To study the irritative effects of rocket kerosene on eyes of the rabbits. Methods The single and repeated eye irritation with rocket kerosene was carried out on 4 rabbits,with 100 μL rocket kerosene dropping into the left eye and 100 μL normal saline into the right eye as control, once per day for 14 days.Examined at 1,2,4,24,72 h after evallated with the eye irritation.Eyes of the rabbits were examined before irritation every day and at 1,2,4,24,48,72 h after the last irritation and evaluated with the eye irritation score.Results The score of single irritation with rocket kerosene was 0, with no abnormalities in cornea,iris,conjunctiva of the rabbits.The score of repeated eye irritation with rocket kerosene was 3.62 points,with conjunctival edema as the main change of the eyes,with statistical difference between the irritated eyes and the normal eyes (F =49.84,P <0.05 ).Conclusion Single irritation with rocket kerosene shows no irritating to the eyes of rabbits but the repeated irritation with rocket kerosene may cause conjunctival edema.
