为了验证乙酸己酯、己酸丙酯、丙酸己酯、己酸丁酯、己酸己酯挥发性物质对桃小食心虫雌蛾是否具有某种生物活性,通过使用 EAG 触角电位技术测定了桃小食心虫对以上5种挥发性物质的电生理反应。结果表明:桃小食心虫对上述5种物质都具有较强的 EAG 反应值,且相对反应值之间无显著性差异。
為瞭驗證乙痠己酯、己痠丙酯、丙痠己酯、己痠丁酯、己痠己酯揮髮性物質對桃小食心蟲雌蛾是否具有某種生物活性,通過使用 EAG 觸角電位技術測定瞭桃小食心蟲對以上5種揮髮性物質的電生理反應。結果錶明:桃小食心蟲對上述5種物質都具有較彊的 EAG 反應值,且相對反應值之間無顯著性差異。
위료험증을산기지、기산병지、병산기지、기산정지、기산기지휘발성물질대도소식심충자아시부구유모충생물활성,통과사용 EAG 촉각전위기술측정료도소식심충대이상5충휘발성물질적전생리반응。결과표명:도소식심충대상술5충물질도구유교강적 EAG 반응치,차상대반응치지간무현저성차이。
In order to explore whether hexyl acetate,hexanoate propyl,hexyl propionate,butyl hexanoate and hexyl hexanoate have a kind of biological activity to Carposina sasakii Matsumura,electroantennograms(EAG) activities of Carposina sasakii Matsumura to five volatiles were recorded.The results showed that:All of vola-tiles were found to be more attractive than other volatiles in the test.And there were no differences between the value of the relative reaction.
