目的:研究臭氧暴露对支气管哮喘大鼠肺功能及气道炎症的影响。方法采用随机数表法,将24只雄性SD 大鼠分为3组,每组8只,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、臭氧暴露组。模型对照组采用卵蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏,结合 OVA 持续雾化吸入复制经典哮喘模型;臭氧暴露组在支气管哮喘模型的基础上叠加臭氧暴露。观察记录各组大鼠一般情况,肺功能,支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)行瑞氏染色,显微镜下进行炎症细胞分类计数。结果肺功能检测显示与正常对照组相比,模型对照组和臭氧暴露组中心气道阻力(Rn)及气道高反应性(I)升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),提示两组均有气流受限及换气功能障碍;模型对照组 BALF 中炎性细胞总数高于正常对照组,臭氧暴露组高于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论臭氧暴露导致支气管哮喘大鼠肺功能下降,同时导致支气管肺泡灌洗液中炎性细胞增多。

목적:연구취양폭로대지기관효천대서폐공능급기도염증적영향。방법채용수궤수표법,장24지웅성SD 대서분위3조,매조8지,분별위정상대조조、모형대조조、취양폭로조。모형대조조채용란단백(OVA)복강주사치민,결합 OVA 지속무화흡입복제경전효천모형;취양폭로조재지기관효천모형적기출상첩가취양폭로。관찰기록각조대서일반정황,폐공능,지기관폐포관세액(BALF)행서씨염색,현미경하진행염증세포분류계수。결과폐공능검측현시여정상대조조상비,모형대조조화취양폭로조중심기도조력(Rn)급기도고반응성(I)승고,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05),제시량조균유기류수한급환기공능장애;모형대조조 BALF 중염성세포총수고우정상대조조,취양폭로조고우모형대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론취양폭로도치지기관효천대서폐공능하강,동시도치지기관폐포관세액중염성세포증다。
Abstracts:Objective To explore the effect of ozone exposure on pulmonary function and inflammatory cells of asthma rats.Method 24 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and ozone group.Each group has 8 rats.Model group were dealed by intraperitoneal injection of egg albumin (OVA) sensitization, combined with OVA sustained atomizing inhalation to copy classical asthma model;ozone group was copied on the basis of asthma model combined the superposition of ozone exposure.General situation,lung function,bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) line's dyeing, inflammatory cells which were counted by microscope were all well observed and recorded.Result Pulmonary function test showed that central airway resistance (Rn) and airway hyperresponsiveness (I) of model group and ozone group were increased than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),suggesting both groups had limited air flow and ventilation dysfunction;the amout of inflammatory cells in BALF of model group was higher than control group,and the amout of inflammatory cells in BALF of ozone group was the highest,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Ozone exposure leads to the decline of asthma rat’s lung function and the increase of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid.
