Yishentiodu Acupuncture -Moxibustion%Alzheimer's disease%Baihui%Shenshu%Netrins
目的:研究“益肾调督”针灸法对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠海马 CA1区神经元轴突生长导向因子导素(Netrins)表达的影响。方法将 Wistar 大鼠按随机数字表分为4组,即正常组、假手术组、模型组和针灸治疗组,采用双侧海马注射 Aβ1-42的模型复制方法,针灸治疗组采用先针刺再艾灸“百会”和“肾俞”穴,通过免疫荧光法观察大鼠海马 CA1区 Netrins 的表达变化。结果模型组大鼠海马 CA1区 Netrins 积分光密度与正常组相比显著降低(P <0.01)。针灸治疗组大鼠海马 CA1区 Netrins 积分光密度与模型组相比明显升高(P <0.01)。结论针灸可能通过增加 Netrins 的表达,促进轴突再生,进而起到防治 AD 的作用。

목적:연구“익신조독”침구법대아이자해묵병(AD)모형대서해마 CA1구신경원축돌생장도향인자도소(Netrins)표체적영향。방법장 Wistar 대서안수궤수자표분위4조,즉정상조、가수술조、모형조화침구치료조,채용쌍측해마주사 Aβ1-42적모형복제방법,침구치료조채용선침자재애구“백회”화“신유”혈,통과면역형광법관찰대서해마 CA1구 Netrins 적표체변화。결과모형조대서해마 CA1구 Netrins 적분광밀도여정상조상비현저강저(P <0.01)。침구치료조대서해마 CA1구 Netrins 적분광밀도여모형조상비명현승고(P <0.01)。결론침구가능통과증가 Netrins 적표체,촉진축돌재생,진이기도방치 AD 적작용。
Abst racts:Objective To observe the effet of Yishentiaodu acupuncture -moxibustion on hippocampal CA1 area of Netrins in Alzheimer's disease rat,and to investigate the specific mechanism of preventive -treatment on AD by acupuncture -moxibustion.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the normal group, sham -operated group, model group, and acupuncture -moxibustion group.First, bilateral hippocampus were injected Aβ1 -42 to make rat model of AD. Then, acupuncture -moxibustion group selected Baihui points and Shenshu points, and treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Last, detect the expression of Netrins in rats by the method of Immunofluores-cence.Results Compared with normal group and sham -operated group,Neterins expression of model hippocampus was lower obviously than that of them(P <0.01).However, compared with the model group, Netrins expression of anupuncture -moxibustion group’ hippocam-pus CA1 area increased significantly(P <0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture -moxibustion can effectively improve of the expression of the Netrins, induce the axonal injured and promote axon regeneration, Which have the effect of prevention and treatment of AD.
