目的:分析孟鲁司特钠联合运动处方在儿童哮喘防治中作用。方法选择支气管哮喘患儿128例,根据随机数字法将患儿分为观察组(64例)和对照组(64例),对照组患儿应用孟鲁司特钠。观察组患儿在此基础上上应用运动处方。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后6个月肺功能、生命质量评分及哮喘症状评分。结果治疗后,观察组PEF显著高于对照组,PEF变异率显著低于对照组;观察组症状、活动受限、情感功能评分及总分均显著高于对照组;观察组日间症状及夜间症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合运动处方能够改善患儿肺功能及哮喘症状,提高生命质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of montelukast sodium combined with exercise prescription on children with asthma. Methods 128 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group (64 cases) and the control group (64 cases). The control group was treated with montelukast sodium, and the observation group was applied with exercise prescription based on the control group. Their life quality score, lung function and asthma symptoms score were compared before and 6 -month after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the level of PEF was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group. The mutation rate of PET was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group. The scores of clinical symp-toms, activity limitation and emotional function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with exercise prescription can improve lung function and asthma symptoms of sick children as well as improve the quality of life, so it is worthy of clinical application.
