目的：观察黄连解毒汤治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）的临床疗效。方法：158例肥胖型T2DM患者随机平均分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予黄连解毒汤治疗，对照组给予二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者血糖、减肥效果、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数等。结果：两组患者在降糖、减肥方面的有效率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。治疗后两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数均显著降低（P＜0．01）；但治疗后两组之间比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：黄连解毒汤治疗肥胖型T2DM疗效显著，不良反应少。
목적：관찰황련해독탕치료비반형2형당뇨병（type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）적림상료효。방법：158례비반형T2DM환자수궤평균분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여황련해독탕치료，대조조급여이갑쌍고치료。비교량조환자혈당、감비효과、당화혈홍단백、체질량지수등。결과：량조환자재강당、감비방면적유효솔비교，차이균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。치료후량조환자공복혈당、찬후2소시혈당、당화혈홍단백、체질량지수균현저강저（P＜0．01）；단치료후량조지간비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론：황련해독탕치료비반형T2DM료효현저，불량반응소。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of patients with obesity T2DM. Methods:158 patients with obesity T2DMwere divided into the observation group(n=79)and the control group(n=79),the observa-tion group were treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,the control group were treated with Metformin,then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups.Results:There was no significantly difference in the efficiency in hypoglycemic and slimming between the two groups(P>0.05),after the treatment,FPG,2hPG,HbAlc,and BMI were significantly lower than before in the two groups(P<0.01),but no significantly difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has reliable curative effect in the treatment of patients with obesity T2DM,and has less side effects,It′s worthy of promotion.
