目的：观察推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。方法：100例小儿肺炎喘嗽病痰热壅肺证患儿随机平均分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用推拿联合穴位贴敷进行治疗，比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、症状缓解或消失时间、胸片复常率等指标。结果：观察组有效率为98．00％，对照组有效率为92．00％，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；观察组胸片复常率为48．00％，对照组胸片复常率为14．00％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；观察组气喘持续时间、痰壅消失时间及咳嗽消失时间分别为（4．96±1．10）d、（5．30±1．11）d、（6．10± 1．17）d，对照组分别为（7．81±1．33）d、（8．93±1．51）d、（12．03±1．66）d，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：推拿联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽病（痰热壅肺证）疗效显著，可有效提高生存质量，且症状缓解快。

목적：관찰추나연합혈위첩부치료소인폐염천수병담열옹폐증적림상료효。방법：100례소인폐염천수병담열옹폐증환인수궤평균분위관찰조여대조조，대조조급여상규서의치료，관찰조재대조조기출상채용추나연합혈위첩부진행치료，비교량조환인치료후적림상료효、증상완해혹소실시간、흉편복상솔등지표。결과：관찰조유효솔위98．00％，대조조유효솔위92．00％，차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；관찰조흉편복상솔위48．00％，대조조흉편복상솔위14．00％，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；관찰조기천지속시간、담옹소실시간급해수소실시간분별위（4．96±1．10）d、（5．30±1．11）d、（6．10± 1．17）d，대조조분별위（7．81±1．33）d、（8．93±1．51）d、（12．03±1．66）d，량조비교，차이균유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：추나연합혈위첩부치료소인폐염천수병（담열옹폐증）료효현저，가유효제고생존질량，차증상완해쾌。
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of massage combined with acupoint sticking therapy of phlegm heat obstruc-ting lung syndrome of infantile pneumonia pant cough disease.Methods:100 cases of infantile pneumonia pant cough disease in children were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group was given massage combined with acupoint sticking based on the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,symp-toms relieved or disappeared time,chest recovery rate of two groups after treatment.Results:The effect rate was 98%in observation group and 92%in control group.There was no significant difference (P>0.05 ).The chest recovery rate was 48% in observation group and 14%in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ).The asthma duration of phlegm,disappear time and cough disappeared time of observation group were (4.96 +1.10)d,(5.30 +1.11)d and (6.10 +1.17)d,and the control group respec-tively (7.81 +1.33)d,(8.93 +1.51)d and (12.03 +1.66)d.Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupoint sticking therapy of phlegm heat obstructing lung syndrome of infantile pneu-monia pant cough disease has obvious curative effect,can effectively improve life quality and relieve symptoms quickly.
