目的:观察麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂对哮喘婴幼儿血清 IgE、EOS 及 IL -4、IFN -γ的调节水平,探讨其机理。方法120例哮喘婴幼儿随机分为两组,治疗组给予定喘微型灌肠剂,对照组给予美普清口服,观察治疗后两组症状及体征消失时间,血 IgE、EOS 及 IL -4、IFN -γ的变化。结果两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P >0.05);治疗组咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消失时间与对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05);治疗组在调节 IgE、EOS 及 IL -4、IFN -γ方面明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论麻藤定喘微型灌肠剂可通过调节患儿血中 IgE、EOS 及 IL -4、IFN -γ水平,减轻哮喘患儿的病理变化从而控制哮喘的发作。

목적:관찰마등정천미형관장제대효천영유인혈청 IgE、EOS 급 IL -4、IFN -γ적조절수평,탐토기궤리。방법120례효천영유인수궤분위량조,치료조급여정천미형관장제,대조조급여미보청구복,관찰치료후량조증상급체정소실시간,혈 IgE、EOS 급 IL -4、IFN -γ적변화。결과량조료효비교무현저성차이(P >0.05);치료조해수급폐부효명음소실시간여대조조비교유현저성차이(P <0.05);치료조재조절 IgE、EOS 급 IL -4、IFN -γ방면명현우우대조조(P <0.05)。결론마등정천미형관장제가통과조절환인혈중 IgE、EOS 급 IL -4、IFN -γ수평,감경효천환인적병리변화종이공제효천적발작。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the adjustments of serum IgE, EOS, IL -4 and IFN -γlevels on asthma infant treatmenting by Matengdingchuan microenema,investigate its mechanism.Methods 120 cases were divided into two groups.The treatment group treated with Matengdingchuan microenema and the control group used Meptin.The symptoms and signs disappeared time were monitored and the blood IgE, EOS, IL -4 and IFN -γlevels were investigated.Results The clinical effect showed no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05);the symptoms and signs disappeared time between two groups showed significantly different(P <0.05); the blood serum IgE, EOS, IL -4 and IFN -γlevels in treatment group were better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Matengdingchuan mi-croenema may regulate blood IgE, EOS and IL -4, IFN -γlevels, reduce pathological changes in children with asthma to control asthma at-tacks.
