中药及植物药提取物在世界范围内的使用日益广泛，但这类产品的质量仍然存在很大问题，主要原因是中药和植物药品种来源混乱及其质量控制手段单一、掺假严重。本文主要以近年来中药及植物药多组分化学成分同时定性、定量的分析方法及研究实例，重点阐述其质量控制及标准研究的新思路及方法，尤其是在掺假产品鉴定中的应用。

Abstracts:Herbs and botanical extracts areused increasingly worldwide, but the quality problem is still a big issue for these products, and the main reasons caused that are the simple quality control methods and widespread adulterants.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of the multi -components in herbs and botanical extracts combining with the extensive research cases, this review focuses on the new ideas and new methods of the quality evaluation, especially their usage for the identification of adulterate products.
