目的：观察针刺背俞穴配合推拿膀胱经对慢性疲劳综合征（CFS）患者血清细胞因子的影响，探讨相关免疫学作用机制。方法将120例 CFS 患者随机分为治疗组（针刺配合推拿组）60例和对照组（单纯推拿组）60例，另设正常组60例，两组治疗周期均设为2个疗程（10次为1个疗程），观察临床疗效并检测治疗前后血清 IL －6、TNF －α、IFN－γ等指标水平。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；两组治疗前与正常组比较，细胞因子水平均显著升高（P ＜0．05）；治疗后治疗组血清指标均显著降低（P ＜0．05），而对照组稍有降低；两组治疗后血清 IL －6、IFN －γ、TNF －α水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论针刺背俞穴配合推拿背腰部膀胱经对 CFS 患者有较好疗效，可降低患者血清 IL －6、IFN －γ、TNF －α等细胞因子水平，调整免疫系统功能紊乱，可能是本法治疗 CFS 的主要机制之一。
목적：관찰침자배유혈배합추나방광경대만성피로종합정（CFS）환자혈청세포인자적영향，탐토상관면역학작용궤제。방법장120례 CFS 환자수궤분위치료조（침자배합추나조）60례화대조조（단순추나조）60례，령설정상조60례，량조치료주기균설위2개료정（10차위1개료정），관찰림상료효병검측치료전후혈청 IL －6、TNF －α、IFN－γ등지표수평。결과치료조총유효솔우우대조조（P ＜0．05）；량조치료전여정상조비교，세포인자수평균현저승고（P ＜0．05）；치료후치료조혈청지표균현저강저（P ＜0．05），이대조조초유강저；량조치료후혈청 IL －6、IFN －γ、TNF －α수평비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론침자배유혈배합추나배요부방광경대 CFS 환자유교호료효，가강저환자혈청 IL －6、IFN －γ、TNF －α등세포인자수평，조정면역계통공능문란，가능시본법치료 CFS 적주요궤제지일。
Abstracts:Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with massage bladder meridian on serum cytokines in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome.Methods 120 patients with CFS were randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated primarily by massage bladder meridian.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture combined with massage bladder meridian. After treatment,the serum levers were tested by Elisa.Results There had significant difference in total effective rate between two groups(P <0.05) .After treatment,the serum levers of the treatment were lower than that of the control group( P <0.05) .Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage bladder meridian in treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome has good effect,it can decrease the serum IL -6, IFN -, TNF -in patients with gamma alpha cytokine levels, adjust the immune system dysfunction.
