目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗贝尔氏面瘫的临床疗效。方法90例患者随机分为两组。对照组给予西药治疗，治疗组给予针灸推拿结合通窍活血汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；两组面神经功能治疗后均有改善，但治疗组明显优于对照组（P ＜0．01）。结论采用针灸推拿结合通窍活血汤的方法可明显提高治疗贝尔氏面瘫的临床疗效。
목적：관찰중의종합요법치료패이씨면탄적림상료효。방법90례환자수궤분위량조。대조조급여서약치료，치료조급여침구추나결합통규활혈탕치료。결과치료조총유효솔우우대조조（P ＜0．05）；량조면신경공능치료후균유개선，단치료조명현우우대조조（P ＜0．01）。결론채용침구추나결합통규활혈탕적방법가명현제고치료패이씨면탄적림상료효。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and massage as well as Tongqiaohuoxue decoction on pa-tients with Bell Palsy.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage as well as Tongqiaohuoxue decoction.Results After the treatment,the clinical ef-ficacy of treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).Facial nerve function of the two groups were both improved,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01).Conclusion Using the treatment of acupuncture and massage as well as Tongqiaohuoxue decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of Bell Palsy obviously.
