目的:观察通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌组织 IL -6的影响。方法选用 SD 大鼠64只,采用冠状动脉结扎法制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、葱白提取物组、大黄提取物组、通阳逐瘀7∶3组、通阳逐瘀5∶5组、通阳逐瘀3∶7组和硝酸甘油组,以大鼠血清 IL -6和心肌组织 IL -6 mRNA 为观测指标,观察通阳逐瘀法对急性心肌缺血大鼠炎症因子 IL -6的干预作用。结果造模后大鼠血清 IL -6含量升高明显(P <0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均能降低血清 IL -6含量,通阳逐瘀7∶3组血清 IL -6水平降低最为明显(P <0.01)。造模后大鼠心肌组织 IL -6 mRNA 明显表达(P <0.05),扩增倍数为1.00;经药物治疗后, IL -6 mRNA 的表达明显降低,其中通阳逐瘀7∶3组抑制率最为显著。结论通阳逐瘀法能降低急性心肌缺血大鼠血清及心肌组织 IL -6的表达水平。

목적:관찰통양축어법대급성심기결혈대서심기조직 IL -6적영향。방법선용 SD 대서64지,채용관상동맥결찰법제비대서급성심기결혈모형,수궤분위가수술조、모형조、총백제취물조、대황제취물조、통양축어7∶3조、통양축어5∶5조、통양축어3∶7조화초산감유조,이대서혈청 IL -6화심기조직 IL -6 mRNA 위관측지표,관찰통양축어법대급성심기결혈대서염증인자 IL -6적간예작용。결과조모후대서혈청 IL -6함량승고명현(P <0.01);여모형조비교,각치료조균능강저혈청 IL -6함량,통양축어7∶3조혈청 IL -6수평강저최위명현(P <0.01)。조모후대서심기조직 IL -6 mRNA 명현표체(P <0.05),확증배수위1.00;경약물치료후, IL -6 mRNA 적표체명현강저,기중통양축어7∶3조억제솔최위현저。결론통양축어법능강저급성심기결혈대서혈청급심기조직 IL -6적표체수평。
Abstracts:Objective To study the effect of activating yang and removing stasis on the myocardial tissue of rats with acute myocardial ischemia IL -6.Methods 64 SD rats with acute myocardial ischemia rat model by coronary artery ligation method, were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, fistular onion stalk extract group, rhubarb extract group, Yang Zhuyu group 7∶3, Yang Zhuyu group 5∶5, Yang Zhuyu group 3∶7 and nitroglycerin group, the serum IL -6 and myocardial tissues in rats with IL -6mRNA as observation indexes to observe intervention effect of activating yang and removing stasis on cytokines of IL -6 in rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Results After modeling, the content of IL -6 in serum of rats increased significantly (P <0.01); compared with the model group, all the treatment group reduced serum IL -6 content, serum level of IL -6 in Yang stasis 7∶3 group was lower obviously (P <0.01).After making the model of rat myocardial tissue IL -6mRNA expression espressed obviously (P <0.05), amplification factor was 1; after drug treatment, the expres-sion of IL -6mRNA was decreased, the Yang stasis 7∶3 group was the most significant inhibitory rate.Conclusion Activating yang and blood stasis can reduce the expression levels of IL -6 in serum and myocardial tissue of rats with acute myocardial ischemia.
