目的探讨非恶性肿瘤人群中肺内小结节的发生情况.方法回顾分析2010年12月至2012年12月在北京积水潭医院行胸部CT扫描检查的非恶性肿瘤患者资料,统计胸部CT扫描筛查出肺小结节的发生率及临床特点.结果在282例非恶性肿瘤患者中,肺小结节的检出率为33.3％(94/282).其中,儿童、成年人和老年人的肺小结节检出率分别为22.6％(7/31)、33.0％(75/227)和50.0％(12/24),三组间差异无统计学意义(P=0.10);＜5mm的肺小结节较≥5 mm的肺小结节多见,检出率分别为24.1％(68/282)和9.2 ％(26/282) (P＜0.05).结论非恶性肿瘤患者临床筛查也可发现肺小结节,可为有恶性肿瘤病史的患者肺内发现小结节后的性质排除及评判提供参考依据.

Objective To investigate the occurrence of small lung nodules in patients with nonmalignant tumors.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for the incidence and clinical features of pulmonary nodules in patients without malignant tumors,who received thin-section chest CT in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital between December 2010 and December 2012.Results In 282 cases without malignant tumor,there were 33.3 ％ (94/282) cases with small lung nodules containing 22.6 ％ (7/31) children,33.0 ％(75/227) adults and 50.0 ％ (12/24) elderly people.Among the three groups,there was no statistical significance (P =0.10).And small pulmonary nodules with diameter ＜ 5 mm were more common than those with≥5 mm [24.1％ (68/282) vs 9.2 ％ (26/282),P ＜ 0.05].Conclusions Small pulmonary nodules are also common in patients with non-malignant tumors,which may help to judge the nature of small lung nodules in patients with malignant cancer.
