冯宪章将银屑病分为风热血热证、血瘀血燥证、血虚风燥证、风湿袭表证、冲任失调证、湿热郁遏证、血虚肝旺证。分别采用疏风清热、凉血活血法，活血化瘀、通络散结法，养血润肤、祛风止痒法，散风除湿法，调补冲任法，清热利湿法，养血柔肝法以治之。冯宪章诊治银屑病注重整体调节，不提倡针对皮损的治疗。从整体观念出发，以调整人体脏腑功能失调，治其内而愈其外，达到“治其人”而“愈其病”的目的。临证注重调肝与调和气血，同时注重科普教育与心理疏导。
馮憲章將銀屑病分為風熱血熱證、血瘀血燥證、血虛風燥證、風濕襲錶證、遲任失調證、濕熱鬱遏證、血虛肝旺證。分彆採用疏風清熱、涼血活血法，活血化瘀、通絡散結法，養血潤膚、祛風止癢法，散風除濕法，調補遲任法，清熱利濕法，養血柔肝法以治之。馮憲章診治銀屑病註重整體調節，不提倡針對皮損的治療。從整體觀唸齣髮，以調整人體髒腑功能失調，治其內而愈其外，達到“治其人”而“愈其病”的目的。臨證註重調肝與調和氣血，同時註重科普教育與心理疏導。
풍헌장장은설병분위풍열혈열증、혈어혈조증、혈허풍조증、풍습습표증、충임실조증、습열욱알증、혈허간왕증。분별채용소풍청열、량혈활혈법，활혈화어、통락산결법，양혈윤부、거풍지양법，산풍제습법，조보충임법，청열리습법，양혈유간법이치지。풍헌장진치은설병주중정체조절，불제창침대피손적치료。종정체관념출발，이조정인체장부공능실조，치기내이유기외，체도“치기인”이“유기병”적목적。림증주중조간여조화기혈，동시주중과보교육여심리소도。
Psoriasis can be divided into 7 syndromes by Feng Xianzhang:wind heat and blood heat,blood stasis and blood dryness,blood deficiency and wind dryness,wind-dampness violate exterior,imbalance of Chong and Ren,damp-heat stagnancy,blood deficiency and hyperactivity of the liver.Respectively treating by dispelling wind and clearing heat,cooling and invigorate blood,promoting blood circu-lation to remove blood stasis,dredging collaterals and eliminating stagnation,nourishing blood and skin moisten,dispelling wind and ar-resting itching,dispersing wind and removing dampness,invigoration of Chong Ren,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,nourishing blood and liver.Feng Xianzhang make a diagnosis and give treatment of psoriasis focus on overall adjustment,not treatment of skin le-sion.Starting from the overall concept,in order to cure the disease by adjusting the function of viscera,treating the inner and the more its outside.At the same time pay attention to regulating liver,harmonizing Qi and blood,pay attention to science education and psycho-logical counseling.
