目的：探讨中西医结合法治疗烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法：选取100例Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者，随机分为对照组50例、治疗组50例，对照组运用常规法处理，治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药烧伤2号酊做内敷料，外用棉垫包扎。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组有效率为96％，平均显效病程为4．1 d；对照组有效率为60％，平均显效病程为7．8 d，两组有效率及平均显效病程比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：中西医结合法治疗烧烫伤具有良好的临床效果。文献引用：唐政．中西医结合治疗烧烫伤临床研究[J]．中医学报，2015，30（5）：668－669．

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of burn and scald by combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:Selected 100 cases of II degree and III degree burn patients,randomly divided into the control group (n=50)and treatment group (n=50).The control group was treated with routine method of treatment and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine of Burn Tincture No.2 in dressing,external use cotton pad dressing based on control group.Observed the clinical effi-cacy and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 96%in treatment group and the average effective duration was 4.1 days.The efficiency was 60%in control group and the average effective duration is 7.8 days.Compared the efficiency and the average starting course of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and western medicine in treating burn and scald has a good clinical effect.
