目的:研究炙甘草汤对正常家兔左心室电生理特性的影响,探讨其抗心律失常的作用机制。方法采用单相动作电位(MAP)记录技术,测定空白对照组和炙甘草汤组兔心室肌体表心电图和 MAP 的变化。结果与对照组比较,炙甘草汤组兔心室肌心率减慢,QT 间期延长的同时 Tp -e不增加,Tp -e /QT 缩小;并且炙甘草汤组兔心室肌单相动作电位幅度(MAPA)无明显变化,单相动作电位时程(MAPD)MAPD20、MAPD50、MAPD90均延长。结论炙甘草汤能降低心率,延长 MAPD,并缩小 Tp -e /QT,减少室性心律失常发生,可能是炙甘草汤抗心律失常且相对安全的机制。

목적:연구자감초탕대정상가토좌심실전생리특성적영향,탐토기항심률실상적작용궤제。방법채용단상동작전위(MAP)기록기술,측정공백대조조화자감초탕조토심실기체표심전도화 MAP 적변화。결과여대조조비교,자감초탕조토심실기심솔감만,QT 간기연장적동시 Tp -e불증가,Tp -e /QT 축소;병차자감초탕조토심실기단상동작전위폭도(MAPA)무명현변화,단상동작전위시정(MAPD)MAPD20、MAPD50、MAPD90균연장。결론자감초탕능강저심솔,연장 MAPD,병축소 Tp -e /QT,감소실성심률실상발생,가능시자감초탕항심률실상차상대안전적궤제。
Abstracts:Objective To observe the effect of Zhigancao Decoction(ZD) on left ventricular electrophysiology in rabbits.Methods The monophasic action potential recording technique were used to investigate electrocardiogram and the effects of ZD on MAP in control group and ZD group .Results ZD group reduced the heart rate and lengthened QT intervals,and Tp -e /QT was lower than control group.Monopha-sic action potential amplitude (MAPA) of ventricular myocytes had no difference, monophasic action potential duration(MAPD)MAPD20, MAPD50,and MAPD90 were prolonged in ZD group.Conclusion ZD can reduce heart rate , prolong MAPD ,and decrease Tp -e /QT in rab-bits ventricle cardiomyocytes, which may contribute to its antiarhythmic safely effect.
