目的:观察研究姜黄素对实验动物胃排空、小肠推进功能、湿粪计数、离体小肠平滑肌活动的影响。方法小鼠随机分为空白对照组、莫沙必利组和不同剂量姜黄素(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)组,预先给予灌胃,给药1 h后,采用炭末推进法,测定小鼠胃内容物的残留率、小肠中活性炭粉混合物的推进距离及湿粪计数的变化情况;制作豚鼠回肠离体肠段标本,分为空白对照组、乙酰胆碱组和不同浓度姜黄素(146μg/mL、292μg/mL、584μg/mL)组,测定给药前后肠段平滑肌收缩强度和频率的变化情况。结果姜黄素可使小鼠胃残留率明显减少(P <0.05,P <0.01),湿粪数明显增加(P <0.05,P <0.01),同时能增强豚鼠离体小肠平滑肌收缩强度(P <0.05)。结论姜黄素具有明显促进动物胃肠运动作用。

목적:관찰연구강황소대실험동물위배공、소장추진공능、습분계수、리체소장평활기활동적영향。방법소서수궤분위공백대조조、막사필리조화불동제량강황소(100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg)조,예선급여관위,급약1 h후,채용탄말추진법,측정소서위내용물적잔류솔、소장중활성탄분혼합물적추진거리급습분계수적변화정황;제작돈서회장리체장단표본,분위공백대조조、을선담감조화불동농도강황소(146μg/mL、292μg/mL、584μg/mL)조,측정급약전후장단평활기수축강도화빈솔적변화정황。결과강황소가사소서위잔류솔명현감소(P <0.05,P <0.01),습분수명현증가(P <0.05,P <0.01),동시능증강돈서리체소장평활기수축강도(P <0.05)。결론강황소구유명현촉진동물위장운동작용。
Abstracts:Objective To investigate the effects of curcumin on the gastric emptying, intestinal propulsion, counts of damp excrement and movement of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in experimental animals.Methods The experimental mice were randomized to the following groups: blank control, mosapride, different concentration (100 mg/kg、200 mg/kg、400 mg/kg) curcumin.Each group was admin-istrated equivalent medicine.The remaining rate of substance in stomach, the distance that the mixture of Arabian gel and active charcoal powder in intestines were carried forward and the counts of damp excrement were measured.The samples of isolated ileum segment from guinea pigs were prepared, the samples were randomized to the following groups: blank control, acetylcholine, different concentration (146μg/mL、292 μg/mL 和 584 μg/mL) curcumin, then the contraction intensity and frequency of gut smooth muscle were measured pre -and post -treatment of curcumin.Results Curcumin could significantly improve gastric emptying, accelerate the intestinal propulsion and in-crease counts of damp excrement in mice (P <0.05, P <0.01).Furthermore, curcumin could significantly reinforce the contraction intensi-ty of isolated small intestine smooth muscle in guinea pigs (P <0.05,P <0.01).Conclusions Curcumin has the function of promoting the motion of gastro -intetines in the experimental animals.
