目的：观察滋阴益气中药减少儿童肾病综合征复发的疗效。方法将纳入研究的100例儿童肾病综合征患儿按入组顺序单双号随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。其中观察组给予西医常规治疗和滋阴益气中药，对照组只给予常规西医治疗。治疗6个月后观察相关实验室指标[24 h尿蛋白定量（U-TP）、血肌酐（SCr）、血清总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（ALB）]和血脂各指标[总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）]的变化，并随访18个月，观察两组患儿的复发率。结果18个月随访期结束后两组复发率比较，观察组在各观察节点复发例数均低于对照组，总复发率为26.0%，显著低于对照组的58.0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2=10.509，P ﹤0.05）；治疗后两组患儿24 h U-TP、SCr、TP、ALB以及血脂各指标TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C均与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）；而观察组各指标改善更为明显，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论滋阴益气中药可显著降低肾病综合征患儿复发率，能明显改善24 h尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血脂指标等，值得临床进一步研究和扩大应用。
목적：관찰자음익기중약감소인동신병종합정복발적료효。방법장납입연구적100례인동신병종합정환인안입조순서단쌍호수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각50례。기중관찰조급여서의상규치료화자음익기중약，대조조지급여상규서의치료。치료6개월후관찰상관실험실지표[24 h뇨단백정량（U-TP）、혈기항（SCr）、혈청총단백（TP）、백단백（ALB）]화혈지각지표[총담고순（TC）、감유삼지（TG）、저밀도지단백담고순（LDL-C）、고밀도지단백담고순（HDL-C）]적변화，병수방18개월，관찰량조환인적복발솔。결과18개월수방기결속후량조복발솔비교，관찰조재각관찰절점복발례수균저우대조조，총복발솔위26.0%，현저저우대조조적58.0%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（χ2=10.509，P ﹤0.05）；치료후량조환인24 h U-TP、SCr、TP、ALB이급혈지각지표TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C균여본조치료전비교차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）；이관찰조각지표개선경위명현，여대조조비교차이유통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론자음익기중약가현저강저신병종합정환인복발솔，능명현개선24 h뇨단백、혈청백단백、혈지지표등，치득림상진일보연구화확대응용。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Qi to reduce the relapse of nephrotic syndrome in pediatric patients. Methods A total of 100 pediatric patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group with 50 cases according to the order. Patients in observation group were given with routine treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine of Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Qi,while patients in control group were given with conventional treatment of western medicine. Changes in relevant indexes were detected after treatment for 6 months,and they were followed-up for 18 months to observe their recurrence rate. Results After follow-up for 18 months,the recurrence rates of these two groups,number of cases with recurrence in observation group were lower than those of control group at each observation time point,the recurrence rate in observation group was 26%,it was significantly lower than 58% of control group,and the difference was significant(χ2 =10. 509,P ﹤0. 05). After treatment,a-mount of 24 h urinary protein( U-TP),serum levels of TP,ALB,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in patients of two groups were significantly different with those before treatment( P ﹤0. 05). The improvement in each index of observation group was more obvious,there was significant difference compared with that of control group( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Qi can significantly reduce the rate of recurrence in pediatric patients with nephrotic syndrome,it can significantly reduce the amount of 24 h urinary protein,serum levels of albumin,lipids,etc,hence it is worthy to be further studied and expanded for clinical application.
