作为毕业后教育的重要组成部分，住院医师规范化培训和临床医学专业学位研究生教育并存存在矛盾，造成了教学资源浪费。笔者对两者并轨的必要性、可行性及实施思路与难点等问题进行分析，提出将两者进行科学的统一，建立适应毕业后教育培养需求的“双轨合一”培养模式。
作為畢業後教育的重要組成部分，住院醫師規範化培訓和臨床醫學專業學位研究生教育併存存在矛盾，造成瞭教學資源浪費。筆者對兩者併軌的必要性、可行性及實施思路與難點等問題進行分析，提齣將兩者進行科學的統一，建立適應畢業後教育培養需求的“雙軌閤一”培養模式。
