目的：探讨新生儿环状胰腺高频超声表现及其临床诊断价值。方法选取2006年1月至2014年5月收治的疑似新生儿环状胰腺患儿58例，对其临床症状，高频超声征象及其他临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该病主要伴发的临床症状有呕吐、肺炎和新生儿黄疸，发生率分别为82.76%（48/58），72.41%（42/58）和63.79%（37/58）。统计学分析发现高频超声征象“双泡征、钳夹状胰腺头、十二指肠局部变细，远端肠腔空虚等”环状胰腺征象的阳性率分别为94.83%，91.38%，89.66%和87.21%，提示可能为环状胰腺的典型征象。经高频超声诊断为环状胰腺患儿54例，手术证实56例，高频超声诊断准确率为96.43%。经高频诊断发现有15例患儿合并其他消化系统畸形，经手术确诊有14例，准确率为93.33%。结论高频超声征象结合临床症状对于环状胰腺诊断准确率较高，同时对患儿合并其他消化系统畸形也能有效检出，可作为临床上诊断环状胰腺的首选方法。
目的：探討新生兒環狀胰腺高頻超聲錶現及其臨床診斷價值。方法選取2006年1月至2014年5月收治的疑似新生兒環狀胰腺患兒58例，對其臨床癥狀，高頻超聲徵象及其他臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果該病主要伴髮的臨床癥狀有嘔吐、肺炎和新生兒黃疸，髮生率分彆為82.76%（48/58），72.41%（42/58）和63.79%（37/58）。統計學分析髮現高頻超聲徵象“雙泡徵、鉗夾狀胰腺頭、十二指腸跼部變細，遠耑腸腔空虛等”環狀胰腺徵象的暘性率分彆為94.83%，91.38%，89.66%和87.21%，提示可能為環狀胰腺的典型徵象。經高頻超聲診斷為環狀胰腺患兒54例，手術證實56例，高頻超聲診斷準確率為96.43%。經高頻診斷髮現有15例患兒閤併其他消化繫統畸形，經手術確診有14例，準確率為93.33%。結論高頻超聲徵象結閤臨床癥狀對于環狀胰腺診斷準確率較高，同時對患兒閤併其他消化繫統畸形也能有效檢齣，可作為臨床上診斷環狀胰腺的首選方法。
목적：탐토신생인배상이선고빈초성표현급기림상진단개치。방법선취2006년1월지2014년5월수치적의사신생인배상이선환인58례，대기림상증상，고빈초성정상급기타림상자료진행회고성분석。결과해병주요반발적림상증상유구토、폐염화신생인황달，발생솔분별위82.76%（48/58），72.41%（42/58）화63.79%（37/58）。통계학분석발현고빈초성정상“쌍포정、겸협상이선두、십이지장국부변세，원단장강공허등”배상이선정상적양성솔분별위94.83%，91.38%，89.66%화87.21%，제시가능위배상이선적전형정상。경고빈초성진단위배상이선환인54례，수술증실56례，고빈초성진단준학솔위96.43%。경고빈진단발현유15례환인합병기타소화계통기형，경수술학진유14례，준학솔위93.33%。결론고빈초성정상결합림상증상대우배상이선진단준학솔교고，동시대환인합병기타소화계통기형야능유효검출，가작위림상상진단배상이선적수선방법。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of annular pancreas in neo-nates. Methods Ultrasound results,clinical data,operation results and complicating deformity of 58 neonates which were cured from January 2006 to May 2014 were reviewed retrospectively. Results The main clinical symptoms associated with the vomit,inflammation of the lungs and jaundice of newborn,and the incidence was 82. 76%(48/58),72. 41%(42/58)and 63. 79%(37/58),respectively. The positive rates of double bubble sign,clamp -like head of the pancreas,duodenum local thinning,the distal intestine empty were 94. 83%,91. 38%,89. 66%and 87. 21%. 54 cases with annular pancreas diagnosis by high-frequency ultrasound,and 56 cases were confirmed by surgery. The accuracy rate of high-frequency ultrasound diagnostic was 96. 43%. After high frequency diagnostic found 15 cases of children associated with other mal-formations of the digestive system,there are 14 cases confirmed by surgery,the accuracy rate of 93. 33%. Conclusion High frequency ultra-sonography plays an important role in diagnosing annular pancreas and other digestive deformity in neonates. It can be used as the first choice for the neonatal annular pancreas.
