目的:探讨调强放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法2008年12月~2012年6月采用调强放疗的23例非小细胞肺癌患者,与随机抽取的同期常规放疗的23例非小细胞肺癌患者对照,对比观察两组患者的近期疗效,1、2年生存率,中位生存期和毒副反应。结果治疗组对照组的总有效率分别为78.2%和65.2%,其中完全缓解率分别为34.7%和17.4%( P<0.05),两组1、2年生存率分别为80.0%vs 60.9%和43.5%vs 30.4%。两组患者的中位生存期分别为21.5个月和13.5个月。两组血液学毒性及急性放射肺、食管损伤发生率无显著性差异。结论调强放射治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效优于常规放射治疗。

목적:탐토조강방사치료비소세포폐암적료효。방법2008년12월~2012년6월채용조강방료적23례비소세포폐암환자,여수궤추취적동기상규방료적23례비소세포폐암환자대조,대비관찰량조환자적근기료효,1、2년생존솔,중위생존기화독부반응。결과치료조대조조적총유효솔분별위78.2%화65.2%,기중완전완해솔분별위34.7%화17.4%( P<0.05),량조1、2년생존솔분별위80.0%vs 60.9%화43.5%vs 30.4%。량조환자적중위생존기분별위21.5개월화13.5개월。량조혈액학독성급급성방사폐、식관손상발생솔무현저성차이。결론조강방사치료비소세포폐암적료효우우상규방사치료。
Objective To explore the curative effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy ( IM-RT) for non-small cell lung cancer .Methods Twenty-three patients with non-small cell lung cancer from December 2008 to June 2012 were treated by using IMRT , and 23 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated with the conventional radiotherapy at the same time . The recent curative effect , 1 and 2-year survival rate , the middle survival time , and the toxicity of two groups were observed and compared .Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 78.2% and 65.2% respectively , the complete remission rate were 34.7% and 17.4% respectively ( P <0.05 ) , 1-and 2-year survival rates were 80.0%, 60.9% and 43.5%, 30.4% respectively .The middle survival time of the two groups were 21.5 months and 13.5 months respectively .The blood toxicity , the acute radiation-induced lung and esophageal injury had no significant difference .Conclusion Curative effect of IMRT for non-small cell lung cancer is superior to the conventional radiotherapy .
