目的：分析手术室血源性职业暴露与职业防护策略，降低手术室医务人员血源性职业暴露的发生。方法回顾性分析2007年7月－2013年7月两所三甲医院手术室103名医务人员发生血源性职业暴露资料，选取相关因素进行单因素和多因素 logistic回归分析；分析血源性职业暴露源病原体构成和发生血源性职业暴露后处理措施，并提出相应的职业防护策略。结果2057名手术室医务人员中发生血源性职业暴露103人，发生率为5．01％；多因素分析显示，年龄＜40岁、无血源性职业暴露相关认知、医院防护管理较差以及学历是导致血源性职业暴露的主要危险因素。结论分析血源性职业暴露的危险因素，并采取针对性的职业防护措施，可以有效降低手术室医务人员血源性职业暴露的发生。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the occurrence and protection strategy for bloodborne occupational exposure in operation rooms so as to reduce the incidence of such exposure .METHODS Data of 103 medical personnel in oper‐ation room who had bloodborne occupational exposure during Jul .2007 to Jul .2013 were analyzed ,relative factors were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis .The pathogens of bloodborne occupational exposure and post‐exposure treatment measures were analyzed ,and the corresponding occupational protection strategy was put forward .RESULTS Bloodborne occupational exposure occurred in 103 out of 2057 medical work‐ers in operation rooms ,with the incidence of 5 .01% .The multivariate analysis showed that age<40 years ,lack of related cognition of bloodborne occupational exposure ,poor management of hospital protection and academic de‐gree were the major risk factors for bloodborne occupational exposure .CONCLUSION Analysis of risk factors for bloodborne occupational exposure and application of occupational protection measures can effectively reduce the in‐cidence of bloodborne occupational exposure in medical workers in operation rooms .
